This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find local attractions, which I still remember. I highly recommend enjoying the coffee shop. I'm coming back for Christmas.

I loved how close we were to the beautiful Platzspitz park, making it easy to relax and enjoy nature during our city strolls, and the short walk to the charming Old Town allowed us to explore local shops and stunning architecture at our leisure.

The Central Plaza Hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore Zurich. The staff provided excellent service, especially Daria, who offered thoughtful gestures. However, the room was small and the lack of AC was uncomfortable during the heat. Ideally, better communication about room readiness is needed.
